You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms and Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by them. By using app.click2health.com.my, you are entering into an agreement with Click2Health Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as the “Company“, “we“, “us“, and “our“).
(b) If you do not agree with the Terms and Privacy Policy herein, you may not use app.click2health.com.my and its features. These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use app.click2health.com.my and its features.
2. ACCOUNT
(a) app.click2health.com.my is accessible with an Account. You must register for an Account via app.click2health.com.my or log into your existing Account to use its features. You acknowledge that you will obtain and maintain one (1) Account and one (1) set of Login Credentials, as we will only recognise one Account per individual.
(b) You are responsible for the confidentiality, safekeeping, and security of your Account, including Login Credentials. You must not share your Login Credentials with any third party and must notify us immediately if you know or suspect unauthorised access.
(c) You agree that you are fully responsible for all transactions or activities conducted through your Account. Any use of app.click2health.com.my, whether authorised or not, referable to your Login Credentials shall be deemed to be your use.
(d) You agree not to hold us responsible or liable for any losses, costs, expenses, or damages arising from unauthorised use of your Account.
(e) All access or use of app.click2health.com.my, whether authorised by you or not, shall be deemed to be access or use by you.
(f) You shall exercise reasonable care to prevent loss or unauthorised use of your Account. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered if another person gains access to your Account.
3. SERVICES
(a) To make an inquiry regarding Services provided on app.click2health.com.my, you may be required to submit personal details including, without limitation:

Other necessary appointment-related information
You warrant that all information provided is true, correct, and complete. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to disclose such information to third-party Service Providers in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4. REFUND POLICY
4.1 Refund Requests
Customers may request a refund for the following reasons:

Cancellation due to unavailability of Service Providers

Rescheduling or modification of confirmed service sessions

Reporting disputes

Providing feedback on unsatisfactory services
4.2 Refund Terms

No refunds shall be provided after fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase

A 20% administration fee shall be deducted from the service price

Mileage charges and consumables are non-refundable

No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment

If a Service Professional cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice without valid reason, one (1) replacement session shall be provided

In emergencies, alternative Service Professionals may be arranged; otherwise, rescheduling will apply

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days
4.3 Rescheduling and Modifications

Services may be rescheduled no less than 24 hours before the appointment

Modifications to service type, location, or Service Professional are allowed subject to the same notice period
5. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to:

Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with app.click2health.com.my

Use the platform for unauthorised commercial purposes

Reproduce or copy any part of the application

Circumvent security or access control mechanisms

Access accounts without authorisation

Make false or misleading representations

Engage in illegal or prohibited activities

Upload malicious software or harmful code

Disrupt platform operations

Upload unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or infringing content

Access unauthorised data

Solicit personal or login information from others
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
(a) All titles, rights, and interests, including Intellectual Property Rights, in app.click2health.com.my belong to or are licensed to us.
(b) You shall not copy, modify, reproduce, or use any trademarks, logos, trade names, or proprietary content without prior written consent.
7. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

(b) We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
(c) No warranties are provided for third-party products or services integrated with the platform.
(d) You acknowledge the risk of errors, data loss, delays, or inaccuracies and agree not to hold us liable.
(e) Information provided does not constitute professional advice.
(f) No claim may be brought more than one (1) year after the cause of action arises.
8. ASSIGNMENT
(a) You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
(b) We may assign or transfer these Terms without notice.
9. PRIVACY POLICY
(a) Personal data will be collected, processed, and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
(b) By using app.click2health.com.my, you agree to the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
11. WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY
(a) Invalid provisions shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining Terms.
(b) Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
